| Research Abstract |
先天聾モデルラットを作成し、聴覚中枢の投射と蛋白発現の変化について検討した。下位中枢では下丘投射の減少がみられたが、上位中枢では大きな変化はみられなかった。カルシウム結合蛋白の発現に変化がみられ、Hearing onsetが起きないということが、聴覚中枢の発達に影響をおよぼす事が明らかとなった。また突発性難聴において、抗酸化ビタミンEとCを従来の治療に併用する事で、著明な治癒率の向上が得られた。これは虚血再灌流障害を予防する効果による可能性がある。
