Research Abstract	中耳真珠腫や癒着性中耳炎に対する鼓室形成術の成否は術後の鼓室腔および乳突腔における粘膜の上皮化に依存している。従来の術式では術後粘膜の上皮化が期待できない場合も多く、術後成績には限界がある。そこで術前に患者本人の粘膜組織から採取した粘膜上皮細胞を培養し、粘膜シートを作成・移植することにより、術後の粘膜再生を促進し、鼓膜の再癒着を防止と有効な鼓室腔を作成することを目的とした研究を行っている。
