| Research Abstract |
ヒト声帯の黄斑の機能と黄斑内のビタミンA貯蔵星型細胞の機能を研究した。
1)ヒト声帯黄斑のビタミンA貯蔵星型細胞を細胞培養し継代培養に成功した。
2)ヒト声帯黄斑に密に分布するビタミンA貯蔵星型細胞の機能は、声帯粘膜固有層に分布する通常の線維芽細胞と機能的に違うのかを放射線感受性の観点から研究した。
3)未熟な新生児の声帯黄斑内のビタミンA貯蔵星型細胞がどのような要因により活性化され、ヒト固有の声帯粘膜の層構造を構築し、ヒト声帯粘膜の成長・発達に関与しているかを研究した
