| Research Abstract |
高酸素負荷によって誘導した血管新生網膜症モデルマウスにおいて、α1受容体阻害薬である塩酸ブナゾシンを点眼することによって網膜虚血の改善と血管新生の抑制を行うことができた。組織学的検討からはα1受容体が網膜血管ではなく、神経節細胞に分布していることが明らかになり、塩酸ブナゾシンが血管拡張を通して作用したのではなく、何らかの抗α1作用を介して無血管野の減少に貢献したことが示唆された。
