| Research Abstract |
細胞死を誘導するとされるHrkと、神経細胞の成熟に関わると考えられるC38分子の網膜神経節細胞、及び他種の網膜神経細胞におけるmRNA発現、及びタンパク分子の局在の質的量的な多様性が明らかになった。さらに網膜変性疾患に対する細胞治療のソースとしての色素上皮細胞の脱分化のしくみの一端が明らかになった。いずれも、将来の臨床応用につながる重要な基礎研究の成果である。
