Research Abstract

fidelityの高いDNA polymeraseを用いてPCR cloning法によりマウスC1qtnf5遺伝子のcDNAをcloningした。CloningしたcDNAはsequencingにて誤った塩基配列が増幅されていないことが確認された。このcDNAを用いてgenomic DNA Librarayのscreeningを行ったが、相同組み替えに適当な断片がscreeningされていない。
