Research Abstract

表皮特異的AGFトランスジェニック・マウス(AGF TG)に紫外線UVBを単回照射すると、野生型に比べて光線過敏を来たした。即ち、皮膚毛細血管は拡張し、表皮は肥厚、皮膚の腫脹が持続し、炎症が遷延することが示唆された。さらに、慢性的にUVB照射を行うと、AGF TGでは皮膚に皺が生じた。このことから、AGFは光老化を来す因子であることが同定された。
