Research Abstract

運動トレーニングがアナフィラキシーショック、敗血症によるショックのモデルであるエンドトキシンショック、出血性ショックを軽減できるかどうか、ラット実験モデルで検討した。運動はトレッドミルで、速度10m/min、持続10分間から30m/min、30分間まで4週かけて漸増し負荷した。運動トレーニングはアナフィラキシー肝血管収縮を抑制したがアナフィラキシー低血圧は抑制しなかった。エンドトキシンショック、出血性ショックでは抑制効果はみられかった。
