ヒト歯髄細胞(HDP)におけるプロテアーゼレセプター(PARs)の生理的・病態生理学的役割について研究し、以下の事項を明らかにした。1.HDP におけるPARs のCharacterization2.HDP におけるPARsの活性化調節機能3・4.PARs 活性化ペプチド・アンタゴニストがHDP のCa2+動態に及ぼす影響5.プラスミンがHDP のCa2+に及ぼす影響6.PAR-1 活性化と歯髄炎の関係
