Research Abstract	歯科治療時における音楽・笑気併用鎮静法の自律神経と循環動態変動に及ぼす影響について検討した。その結果、笑気吸入鎮静法は歯科治療中の交感神経系の緊張状態を抑制したが、音楽鑑賞は自律神経系に対して顕著な変化を示さなかった。歯科治療中のタービン音や金属音は自律神経機能に多大な変化をもたらし交感神経系が著しく亢進した。
