| Research Abstract |
We found that the ratio of HPV infection is higher in low grade than high grade of oral cancer. We studied the association of oral cancer biomarker IL-8 and HPV infection with molecular biological method. We found that HPV E6 protein regulates inflammation dependent IL-8 production.
