| Research Abstract |
インプラント治療において骨量が不足した場合には自家骨移植が最も有用である。しかし, 大量の移植骨を必要とする場合には骨採取部の侵襲が大きくなることから, 低侵襲な骨造成法の開発が望まれてきた。そこで本研究では, 培養・増殖させたイヌ由来の未分化間葉系細胞と生体内吸収性の人工骨であるβ-TCPを組み合わせた細胞ハイブリッド型人工骨を作製し, この人工骨を用いた骨再生の可能性について実験的に検討した。
