| Research Abstract |
唾液腺の再生医療を臨床実現するためには動物を用いた基礎的研究が重要である。本研究では、顎下腺が再生するモデルを実験的に作り出し、その過程にどの様なタンパクが関与しているのかを検索した。また、治療の一貫として利用可能と考えられる唾液腺への注入に関しても検討を加えた。その結果、成長因子や細胞外にある基質としてのタンパクが再生に関与しており、薬剤の逆行性注入が有用であることが判明した。
