| Research Abstract |
(1)咬耗症高感受性マウスであるC57BL/6マウスの雌個体に咬耗抵抗性マウスからF2マウスを得る。
(2)F2マウスの咬耗度とDNAマーカーを用いて連鎖解析を行う。
(3)得られた連鎖情報と咬耗のスコアを指標として咬耗に関与する染色体領域を明示する。
