Research Abstract

1. 歯周炎患者50人において基本治療後に残存する歯周ポケットを有する部位を対象とし,従来法通りの機械的スケーリング・ルートプレーニング(SRP)にレーザーを併用する方法を確立し,術後12ヶ月までの各種臨床検査をほぼ終了し,良好な予後を確認し、効果の詳細を分析中である.
2. 歯周炎患者において歯周ポケットを有する2部位を対象とし,1部位は従来の機械的治療のみによるポケット処置,もう1部位は機械的SRPにレーザーを併用した方法行うsplit mouth designでのランダム化臨床比較研究を開始した.今後30人を目標に比較分析を行う.
3. 基本治療における歯周ポケット治療において,従来の機械的スケーリング・ルートプレーニング(SRP)の代替としてレーザーのみを用いる方法について,治療術式の検討を行行い,また新しいチップの開発を検討中である.
4. マウス由来来骨芽細胞を用いて低出力レーザー照射の細胞増殖の効果について確認し,そのメカニズムを検索中である.
5. 高パルス数でのレーザースケーリングの有効性・安全性について確認・評価した.
6. 歯周外科治療におけるレーザーの応用後の長期経過について追跡し,分析・発表を行い,現在論文準備中である.
7. レーザー照射象牙質.セメント質の変化とその照射根面の処置法,レーザーによる骨切削について研究結果を分析総括し,論文を出版した.
8. レーザーによる歯肉色素沈着除去法に関して開発した方法を用いて,さらに顕微鏡下でのmicrosurgeryについて臨床的な効果を長期的に検討した.
