| Research Abstract |
血小板には様々な因子が含まれており,歯周組織の恒常性の維持,創傷治癒ならびに歯周炎の病態形成に関与していると考えられる。本研究では,血小板に由来する成長因子のうち,血小板由来由来成長因子(PDGF)-BBおよびトランスフォーミング成長因(TGF)-βに焦点を当て,歯周炎の病態形成への関与を推測した。PDGF-BBは線維芽細胞の肝細胞増殖因子(HGF)産生を促進させ,歯肉上皮細胞の走化性を亢進させることにより,上皮の深行増殖に関与することが示唆された。またTGF-βシグナルは,三次元培養において線維芽細胞によるコラーゲン分解に深く関わっていることが示唆された
