| Research Abstract |
合成二本鎖RNAであるpoly(I) : poly(C)を骨芽細胞様E1細胞に作用させたところ, すぐにIFN- β mRNAの発現が誘導された。また,poly(I) : poly(C)は受容体であるTLR3, RIG-I, MDA5およびケモカインであるCXCL10 の発現も誘導したが, これらの誘導は, 抗IFN- β 抗体により抑制され, これら遺伝子の誘導には poly(I) : poly(C)刺激によりE1細胞から放出されたIFN- β が関与しているものと思われた。
