| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、患者、看護職、医療コストという3方向に効果のある、透析看護職向けの患者教育プログラムを学ぶための学習システムの開発と評価である。
3方向効果の内、患者側効果とは、セルフマネジメント行動の向上、自己効力の向上などであり、看護職側効果とは、行動変容に対する知識・能力の向上、教育能力・コンピテンシーの向上などであり、医療コスト効果とは患者のセルフマネジメント向上による透析回数の減少、薬剤使用、看護職が患者教育に費やす時間の減少などのことである。
