| Research Abstract |
妊婦の喫煙状況の評価を自己申告で行うことの限界を証明したが、試験紙による尿中コチニン測定を用いた喫煙判定のカットオフ値については今後、さらなる検討が必要である。次に、母子健康手帳を用いて妊婦尿中コチニン測定結果を妊婦本人と周囲の人が共有することが、妊婦の能動喫煙と受動喫煙防止策として有効であることを証明した。その結果、妊婦尿中コチニン検査を妊婦健診に導入する必要があることが示唆された。
