| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、先行研究で抽出した難病患者家族の方略項目の信頼性・妥当性を検討することと、自己実現を志向する家族が必要とする方略を獲得するための学習支援プログラムを開発することである。先行研究で抽出した24の対処のうち、必要度をみると家族の支持率の高かった項目は、「ネットワークを拡げる」「自分の時間を大切にする」「気持ちをコントロールする」などであった。この結果を踏まえて、難病患者を介護する家族のための学習支援システムについて検討し、家族と看護者用の手引きの2種類を作成した。
