| Research Abstract |
米国での詳細なフィールド調査を通し、大学におけるナレッジマネージメントの概念と機能のメカニズム、活用の範囲とその効果、実践過程で生じた問題点や課題を明らかにするとともに、日本の大学におけるナレッジマネージメントの実践モデルを設計し、これを教育研究の分野で実践した。その結果を国内外の学会や研究会などで発表するとともに、報告書として「IR からKM へ-教育調査研究から『知』の共有への可能性-」にまとめた。
