Research Abstract

固体中の集団スピンの集団性を利用した新しい計算手法の提案とその物理現象の解明について研究を進めた。特にそのために必要な半導体の試料構造を作成し、基礎的物性を電気伝導と光学手法を用いて評価し、最適化を図った。特に電子スピンと核スピンに注目し、半導体量子構造中のスピン制御を行った。
