Research Abstract

We performed a direction-sensitive dark matter search experiment with a three-dimensional gaseous tracking device "micro-TPC". We installed our detector in a underground laboratory and performed a dark matter search experiment. We obtained a limit five times better than the one we got in a surface laboratory (published as Physics Letters B 686(2010)11). Then we upgraded the detector to improve the sensitivity by one order of magnitude.
