Research Abstract |
Nemo-like kinase is a conserved protein kinase. In this study, we found that NLK promotes neurogenesis via phosphorylating Notch1 and that NLK contribute to neurite outgrowth via phosphorylating paxillin and MAP1B downstream of NGF signaling.
