Research Abstract

本研究では、ポリフェノールやその代謝物を検出する新規プローブとしての抗体開発とその応用手法を構築し、食品として摂取したポリフェノール類の体内動態および生体内標的部位・標的分子を解析することにより、その機能性発現機構と安全性を評価する基礎的情報を得ることを目的としている。
