エージェントを用いた社会シミュレーションにおける交渉と人材育成への展開

Research Abstract

本研究では,社会シミュレーションを人材育成に活用し,その有効性を明確にすることを目的とする.具体的には,社会生活を営む上で欠くことのできない交渉を例題にエージェントと交渉させ,実際に交渉成立・決裂を引き起こす要因を理解させる.その目的遂行のため,本年度は次の項目を実施し,エージェントモデルを構築した.
・項目1:モデリング要素の探求
特徴の異なるエージェントを構築するために,シミュレーション結果に影響を与えるモデリング要素を探求した.これらの作業はモデリング要素を変更しながら感度分析を行い,種々様々な要素を包括的に調査した(ここで得られた知見は,人工知能学会(SIG-KBS),SICE Annual Conference 2008において発表している).
項目2:エージェントモデルの構築
項目1で見出した要素を用いて,(i)リスクテイク型の合理エージェント,(ii)リスク回避型の合理エージェント,(iii)リスクテイク型の非合理行動許容エージェント,(iv)リスク回避型の非合理行動許容エージェントの4種類のエージェントを構築した.更に,それぞれのエージェントが異なる交渉スタイルを実施することを確認するとともに,人間と同じ挙動を示すかどうかを検証した(ここで得られた知見はJASSSのジャーナルに投稿し,M2M'07,MABS'O7において発表している).
