| Research Abstract |
本研究では主嗅球と副嗅球という嗅球の違いに注目しながら、嗅球から終脳中枢への軸索投射が胚発生期にどのように制御されているのかを明らかにしようと解析を進めた。in vitroやin vivoの解析によって、主嗅球の軸索投射は主にSlit/Roboシグナリングが制御し、副嗅球の軸索投射は主にNrp2を介したSerna3/Nrp/Plnシグナリングが制御していることを明らかにした。
