Research Abstract

生体深部組織の視感度(visibility)向上のために、光と超音波の特徴を利用した新しいイメージング技術を提案した。この方法は、光の高コントラスト特性、高空間分解特性と、超音波の生体内長距離伝播特性、生体内屈折率平滑化とにより可能となる。光の生体ダミーとラット腸間膜血管を用いた実験結果から、従来法に比べて生体深部における深さ方向visibility向上が可能であることが明らかとなった。
