| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は,前頭連合野の主要な機能であるワーキングメモリや目的に向けた計画という基礎研究で得られた知見を踏まえ,個人の能力や興味に合わせて自由に作成可能なリハビリテーション(以下,目的志向的遅延反応訓練)を開発することである.目的志向的遅延反応訓練の効果検証の結果,認知,心理,日常生活行動など様々な側面での効果が明らかとなり,前頭連合野の機能の改善に寄与することが示唆された.本研究によって,臨床場面でも簡便に使用できる目的志向的遅延反応訓練を完成させることができ,内容は国内特許権として出願した.
