| Research Abstract |
高齢者の健康の維持・増進を図るために適度なレジスタンストレーニングの重要性が示唆されている.しかし,筋機能の低下した高齢者がレジスタンストレーニングを行うには,各個人の健康状態や運動能力を考慮した上での最適なトレーニングプログラム設定および機器選択が必要となる.
本研究では,高齢者の運動能力に配慮したレジスタンストレーニング手法の確立を支援すべく,筋の詳細な筋機能情報を獲得することにより,レーニング時の筋活動状況や筋疲労状況を的確に把握し,その情報を定量値として訓練者にフィードバックする"運動機能評価システム"の開発を目標としている.
