Research Abstract

本研究では、動脈硬化病巣やアルツハイマー脳患者から検出されたオゾン酸化コレステロール(athgeronal-AおよびB)の生物化学的解析を行い、atheronalsが有する強力な細胞毒性活性を明らかにした。また培養細胞、試験管内反応よりatheornals生成分子機構における食品成分の抑制効果について検討を行った。
