| Research Abstract |
ICRマウス(雄、5週齢)に高リノール酸ベニバナ油(High-LA)或いは高α-リノレン酸シソ油(High-ALA)を5%添加した精製飼料を4週間与えた。大脳皮質、線条体のドコサヘキサエン酸(DHA)はHigh-LA群に対しHigh-ALA群が有意に高かった。BDNF量を測定したところ、線条体ではHigh-LA群に対し、High-ALA群で有意に高かった。p38MAPK活性は線条体ではHigh-LA群に対し、High-ALA群で有意に高かった。
