Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、エチオピアにおける地方分権化と野生動物保護政策に関する具体的な事例を検討し、(1)地方分権下における野生動物保護政策の実態を把握すること、(2)地方分権下における「住民参加」の状況を明らかにすること、(3)(1)(2)の結果を踏まえたうえで、アジア・アフリカ諸国の事例と比較検討しながら、地方分権下における今後の野生動物の保護管理政策における「住民参加」の方向性を探ることの3点である。
