Research Abstract

シリコンナノ粒子表面にOH基を修飾することで、分散性の高い溶液を生成した。この分散溶液に光を照射することで、粒子サイズに依存した青色から赤色までの高輝度の可視発光を得た。また、シリコンナノ粒子は、細胞内に高濃度貪食させても生存率の低下がみられず、細胞レベルでの安全性を確認した。さらに、生体内にシリコンナノ粒子を投与することで、血流の状況を可視化計測することができた。
