| Research Abstract |
本研究では、生体適合性の高いポリエチレングリコール(PEG)末端に蛍光ラベル化を施したカスパーゼ3の基質ペプチド(DEVD配列)を結合させ、ポリアミン(ゲル)コアには蛍光消光剤である金コロイドを内包させた金コロイド内包型PEG化ナノ(ゲル)粒子を調製し、薬物により誘発された細胞内アポトーシス(自発的細胞死)をイメージングすることで抗ガン剤治療における早期診断(治療効果の予測)システムの開発を行った。
