Research Abstract |
誘電泳動を用いて迅速,簡便に細胞をパターニングできるデバイスを開発した.連続的に異種類の細胞を導入し,交流電圧の印加パターンを変化させることにより,1枚の基板上に違う種類の細胞を交互に配列することができた.マイクロ電極の先端に酸素選択的透過膜およびグルコースオキシダーゼを固定化することにより,細胞評価が可能なマイクログルコースセンサを作製できた.
