| Research Abstract |
本研究は病原体接種時にユビキチン化される植物側の因子の網羅的解析を目的としている。比較修飾プロテオーム解析の遂行には、1)網羅的解析用へのLC-MSシステムの最適化、2)修飾タンパク質の精製法の確立、3)LC-MSを用いた比較定量解析法の確立、が主要な研究課題となる。本研究成果として、LC-MSシステムの最適化および安定同位体標識による比較定量法の確立、そして改良型のユビキチン化タンパク質精製法を用いたユビキチン化タンパク質の同定に成功した。
