| Research Abstract |
本研究では、パラジウム触媒を用いた分子内環化反応を基盤とする効率的なインドールおよびインドリン化合物の構築法の開発に成功した。さらに、合成化合物ライブラリーのスクリーニングによる新規γセクレターゼ阻害剤・調節剤の探索を行った。
