| Research Abstract |
アミロイドβペプチド(Aβ)の集合化・オリゴマー生成は、アルツハイマー病の発症と密接に関連している。本研究では、バレル構造を有する緑色蛍光タンパク質(GFP)中のβシート上にAβ配列を挿入したGFP変異体(Aβ埋込GFP)を基に蛍光共鳴エネルギー移動(FRET)型センサータンパク質を構築した。この構築したセンサータンパク質を用いることで、試験管内においてAβの集合体形成過程をFRETにより検出できることが示された。
