| Research Abstract |
海洋から得られる天然物、いわゆる海洋天然物は医薬シーズとして注目を集めている。海洋天然物の一つであるシンビオジノライドはカルシウムイオンチャネル開口活性や抗HIV活性を有するため、医薬品としての利活用が期待されている。本研究においてはシンビオジノライドの構造解明を目的とした合成研究を行った。その結果、分子の約4分の1にあたる各フラグメントの合成を完了し、絶対立体構造式を合成化学的に解明することができた。
