| Research Abstract |
本研究では、Mesorhizobium loti由来菌体成分の分離とNO産生誘導活性の解析をおこなった。その結果、主にリポ多糖にNO誘導能が存在することを見いだした。また、リポ多糖中の全く異なる2つの構造がNO誘導に関与することもわかり、植物免疫誘導機構が複数の経路を持つことが示唆された。
