Research Abstract	(1) 本研究の目的は、ラオスの農村の水田景観において、植物相の記載、住民の植物利用や管理法の記録、種多様性が維持されているメカニズムの推定を行い、その結果をもとに地域に適した植物資源管理の方法を考察することである。 (2) 本研究では、「ラオスの自給的な農村では、住民の生業活動の下で、有用な野生植物が農耕地に維持されている」という仮説を検証する。
