Research Abstract	近年政策過程分析の新しい分析枠組みとして、「知識」とそのコンテクストに注目した「知識の政治」いう枠組みが提示される。日英航空規制緩和過程の分析結果に示されたように、知識によってアクターの認識枠組みが形成される形で知識は政策形成に影響を及ぼし、更に知識とそのコンテクストが変化することによってアクターの認識枠組みは変化し、政策オプション選択につながることが指摘される。
