| Research Abstract |
ソ連・ロシアにおける人口移動=労働供給の変化と産業立地との同時性を鑑み政府主導による地域開発の限界と新たな展望を見いだすことを試みるため,近年制定されたロシアの情報公開法に基づき『ロシア国立経済文書館』で公開されるようになった「ソ連閣僚会議内部資料」を調査した。データ整理とその一次データに基づく計量分析とを行うことにより,旧ソ連における地域経済構造の変遷を,歴史的かつ定量的に明らかにした。
