| Research Abstract |
自由化されたわが国の小売電力市場での競争は,首都圏で,負荷率が低く,契約規模が大きい需要家を対象とするケースに限られている。電気料金は,一般電気事業者の市場シェアが大きいとより高くなる傾向が認められるが,自家発電などから一定の潜在的競争圧力も働いて,料金の上昇を抑制している。また,電力とガスの代替効果でガス・コージェネレーションが普及するなど,わが国ではエネルギー間競争も一定の役割を果たしている。
