Research Abstract

(1)日本において取引方法が異なる資金調達方法における取引システムが企業価値にどのような影響を及ぼしているか検証することにある.具体的には,同じ株式を通じた資金調達であっても,証券会社や投資家の取引形態(空売り等含む)ことによって,取引コストや企業価値にどのような影響を及ぼしているか検証する.
