Research Abstract

本研究では、主として東アジアおよび東南アジアの主要各国で活動する企業の人材マネジメント戦略に関する国際比較研究を、採用、人事評価・報酬・能力開発の諸制度を含む企業の「人的資源管理」(以下、HRMと表記)システムとそこで働く従業員行動との関係を国際比較の視点から明らかにしようとするものである。平成21年度は、これまでの年度にて行われた文献レビュー、仮説の設定、予備調査・本調査の実施に続き、以下の研究活動を行った。(1) 本調査(質問紙調査)データよりHRMと従業員行動の関係を比較検討、(2) 分析結果の文献によるフォローアップ、(3) 結果に関する実務家からのヒアリング、及び(4) 成果の論文化と学会報告(米国経営学会(Academy of Management)、日本ビジネス研究学会(Association of Japanese Business Studies)、日本経営学会、日本労務学会、経営行動科学学会などにて報告)などの諸活動が行われた。とりわけ、本研究成果の一部は、海外では、国際的に評価の高いInternational Joural of Human Resource Management誌(ISI社会科学版引用指標(SSCI)登録雑誌)、また国内では『組織科学』(組織学会)、『日本経営学会誌』(日本経営学会)などに掲載されるなど、本研究の成果に対して専門分野の学会より高い評価が得られた。
