| Research Abstract |
サプライチェーンにおける企業間情報システムの役割に関して、ある大手小売業の協力のもと、海外でそのサプライヤーを対象としたアンケート調査を実施し、分析を行った。
また、同小売業の協力のもと、街頭で消費者を対象とした環境に関する意識調査も行った。サプライチェーンで考えると、前者が小売業とその上流の関係、後者が小売業とその下流の関係と捉えることができる。
前者の主要な結果として、情報システムを導入するサプライヤーが必ずしもその効率性を求めて導入しているわけではなく、顧客との関係も重視していることが分かった。
また、後者の特徴的な結果として、ある小売業が環境問題に取り組んでいることを意識して買い物する消費者と、意識していない消費者では、その小売業での購入金額や購入頻度に有意義な差が見られなかった。
