| Research Abstract |
負債・持分(資本)の区分のあり方は、負債および持分の定義の組合せと、両定義の適用方法によって決まるが、それらは会計の利益計算構造全体の問題として考える必要がある。負債概念のあり方に関して、株式を交付して決済する義務については、株式交付に伴う資産請求権を放棄することを要求される義務は負債になる。また、持分概念のあり方に関して、資本取引は、「株式の自益権(経済的な権利)に基づく、株主と会社との資産・負債の移動」と定義される。
