Research Abstract |
This research aims to clarify the needs of the separate representation of children, the principles and structure for founding the system in child protection. One of the principles of child representation is the right of a child to express their views and to be heard in any proceedings concerning them. This principle means not only a child views is used in the conclusion of any decisions but also to ensure a child's participation in the proceeding actively considering his age and maturity.
